    在府东街和东中环交叉口,交通还是不错的,路很好很宽~也显得有点空,北边是空地,现在有的人流和小商铺在南边,平层老住户。小区楼已大致成型,院内环境还看不到,地下停车场需要购买~哇!都不敢买车了。小区有部分楼栋有预售证,现在热推的还没有,周边生活商圈还待后期规划,不过府东街西下有柳巷,往南有服装城,也不太远还是不错的。价格在周边来说算是实惠了吧,看的少,不好做比较。有兴趣的可以去看看,可作为备选。
